Delivery
You may select from two delivery methods, Standard Delivery which normally takes 3-4 working days, or Express Delivery which means that provided your order is received by us no later than noon on a working day, your goods will be despatched the same day for delivery the next day, provided we have the item(s) in stock. If your order is received after noon, or on a non-working day, your order will be despatched on the next working day for delivery the following day. Working Days include Monday to Friday only and exclude UK Bank Holidays. The delivery cost will be clearly shown in your shopping basket before you confirm your order.
Standard Delivery is charged at £5.00 + VAT (£5.88) per delivery no matter how many items you order.
Express Delivery is charged at £10.00 + VAT (£11.75) per delivery no matter how many items you order.
Standard Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses, Northern Ireland, Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey and Guernsey.
Express Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses only.
Deliveries are made by carrier service and normally occur between 7am and 6pm. Currently the exact timing of delivery cannot be specified.
Please leave a daytime telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary. Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
If you are not home when your goods are delivered, the carrier will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery.
If any items you order are not available:
We will use the telephone or email details you have provided to contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed. If we are not able to contact you we will use our discretion and send you the items which are available and possibly a substitute for the unavailable item(s) or refund you accordingly.
If paying by cheque, we will wait for your cheque to be cleared before making delivery.
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund.
