Delivery and returns information for online customers

The below information applies to online customers only. Delivery and returns information for account customers can be found in the terms and conditions supplied at the time of opening the account.

Order Tracking

What time will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between the times of 8:00am and 6:00pm. When placing your order, please leave a daytime telephone number so we can contact you if necessary.

 

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and text (if a mobile number was provided) with tracking information.

 

What if I’m not home?

A signature will be required on delivery. If you are not home when the items are due to be delivered, we will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

 

What if I’m outside of the UK?

For deliveries outside of the UK, please contact our export department on international@pchenderson.com or 0191 3777346.

 

Returns Information

What is your returns period?

We hope you are happy with the products you receive from P C Henderson but if you do change your mind you can return your purchase to us within 28 days of receipt of order. All returned products must be sent back in their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.

 

How do I request a return?

In the event you wish to return a product to us please contact our customer service team on sales@pchenderson.com or 0191 377 7345 stating your original order number and reason for return. We will then issue with a returns number which we ask you to clearly mark on the outer packaging of the product/s.

 

How do I send my return back to you?

The cost of the return shall be covered by the customer unless the reason for return is at the fault of P C Henderson (e.g. faulty or damaged). For the return of small items, we advise customers to return them by Royal Mail. For larger items you will need to arrange for a courier to collect your item. Alternatively P C Henderson is happy to arrange this for you, please let us know at point of request and we will take payment for collection.

Please note, all returned items are inspected for quality assurance. If, for whatever reason, your return fails this inspection, we may not be able to refund you.

 

What if my item was faulty/damaged?

Please check your goods on receipt. If they arrive damaged in any way, please sign for them as damaged –  we will exchange your goods at no charge or refund you in full – including delivery charges.

 

How long will it take for my refund to go through?

Once returned, your return will be processed and you will be refunded within 28 working days. Refunds will be credited directly to the debit or credit card you used to place the order.

 

Can I return one of your items which I bought from another supplier?

Please note, all items purchased through our suppliers cannot be returned to us. You must arrange a return directly with the supplier.
