Q&A

Question:

Hi
Will your sc100 easyclose be suitable for my narrow 70cm sliding doors.
Question by: Tim on 6 Sep 2024, 17:32

Answer:

Good morning,

The retracted length of our SC100 closer is 711mm so therefore would not be suitable for use with a 700mm door if being fitted to the door. Alternatively, you could fit the closer to the frame/pelmet. Please contact us for more information.

Thanks,
P C Henderson

Question:

If I use a catch to hold the door open for long periods, say 1 hour or more, what affect will this have on the self closing mechanism, will the door self close after this long time period when the catch id disengaged and will it cause any long term issues with the system?
Question by: Kate Donkin on 22 Oct 2020, 01:00

Answer:

Good afternoon, Using a catch to hold the door open will not cause any problems to the functioning of the system. Many thanks, Kate   Marketing Assistant
