I have installed a Husky dual soft close to a new pocket door formed with a Henderson kit. The door is 762 wide and weighs 12kg. I find that, when opening or closing the door, the spring resists the movement resulting in a jerky movement in both directions, which is disappointing. Any suggestions to resolve or reduce this problem?
