Huskyfold 30 Bifold Door Kit
New to the range, our Huskyfold 30 bifold door kit replaces our original Husky Folding system to offer an internal folding door solution ideal for room dividers and partitions to bring enhanced flexibility to the home. When open, the doors neatly stack to one or both sides of the opening to connect two rooms - perfect for when entertaining. When closed, the doors act as a wall to divide two rooms into individual spaces.
Catering for wooden doors weighing up to 30kg each, HuskyFold 30 has been designed with our customers in mind to offer many exciting and innovative design features to ensure high performance and easy installation:
- Designed without the need for a guide channel, Huskyfold 30 offers a seamless walkway between rooms, preventing trip hazards.
- Huskyfold 30 utilises components from our Huskyfold 30 system to offer high quality components with effortless operation and low initial friction.
- Available in kit pack format for various door configurations to make product specification and installation as easy as possible.
- Inclusion of a hinge handle within the kit pack to allow for the easy closure of doors.
- The system has been designed with high quality flush hinges to reduce the clearance between the doors to 2mm.
Please note: We recommend purchasing our FB110 flush bolts with this system to secure the doors in place when closed - please see our specification table for quantity required.
Huskyfold 30 bifold door kit has been designed to offer maximum flexibility. As such, the system is available in 6 door configurations and fittings kits are also available for applications where additional doors are required.

Available in kit pack format, Huskyfold 30 offers 6 door configurations to cater for opening widths of over 3.4 meters.
Easy Installation
Huskyfold 30 has been designed to make installation as easy as possible for the installer - featuring a spring loaded top pivot and fast fix hanger bracket for easy hanging of the doors.

Huskyfold 30 has been designed with high quality components to create a durable system capable of supporting wooden doors up to 30kg each. The system has been successfully tested 100,000 cycles (complying to BS EN 1527) to ensure it will withstand the test of time.

The system has been designed with a spring loaded pivot and fast fix hanger bracket to allow the doors to be hung easily. To aid installation even further, read our easy to follow fitting instructions.
Door Configurations
Suitable for bi-parting door applications, our simultaneous action kit allows for the easy movement of both doors. Simply open or close one door and the other will move simultaneously.
No Guide Channel
Huskyfold 30 has been designed without the need for a guide channel, allowing for a seamless walkway between rooms.
New & Improved Hinges
Huskyfold 30 comes complete with high quality hinges which reduce the clearance between the doors to 2mm, limiting the travel of light and noise between rooms when the doors are closed. For easy closure of the system, the kit now comes complete with a hinge handle set to easy pull the doors to a close.
