Question:

On my garage door, when it is shut and both locking rods are clicked into place, I have to jiggle the handle (whether internal or external) quite a lot until I hear a slight click inside the lock box. Only then can I lock it (either with the key on the external side, or by pushing over the button on the internal side). Is this a problem with the lock body or the lock barrel?
Question by: JT on 15 Nov 2024, 11:44

Answer:

Good morning,

It is difficult to say as either the lock body or the lock cylinder could be at fault. A local garage door specialist may be able to look at it and advise further and or repair / replace for you.

Question:

Can I buy lock body SKU 280014 directly in your Bath distributor (Power Fixings Bristol) ? Is it available and I can go to pick it up on tomorrow ?
Question by: L Cheung on 1 Dec 2024, 16:15

Answer:

Good morning,

Unfortunately we have no stockists for our garage door spares. You can purchase our 280014 from Jewsons who can order on your behalf but they do not stock it so there would be a leadtime for this. The quickest way is to order via our website.

Thanks,
