The Magic 1000V2 will work with both one-piece doors or overhead sectional doors. The cost is £319 plus VAT and carriage and includes all parts required to automate an existing garage door.

Hi I have a HEnderson canopy up and over garage door. 242cm wide x 208cm high. When the dood is horizontal in the open position there is 15cm from door to roof joists will this work

Unfortunately, this will not work as canopy doors were not made for automation, only the retractable doors. A local garage door specialist may be able to help.

we have an older henderson 800 remote control system which has stopped working. is this a suitable replacement and is it easy to self install? Does it come with all the fitting instructions?

Yes, the Magic 1000 V2 would be a suitable replacement, it is supplied with installation instructions and any component DIY’er would be able to install it. Alternatively, a local handy person would be able to install it.

If this is installed on a one piece up and over or sectional door then the Magic 1000 V2 would be compatible, it not suitable for a roller door.
