Can the System Be Used with Metal or Glass Doors❓
Husky 120 Pro is primarily designed for wooden doors. However:
Metal doors: If installing a Husky 120 Pro kit with a metal door, please purchase our 285HP hangers in addition to the kit (2 hangers are required per door)
Glass panels: Yes-Husky 120 Pro is available with two options for when fitting with glass. Our glass patch kits allow the system to cater for panels uo to 100kg and requires machining of the glass prior to installation to offer a professional finish. Alternatively, our glass clamp kits cater for panels up to 75kg and mount to the top of the glass, removing the need for machining to aid easier installation.
Is Husky 120 pro Suitable for DIY Projects❓

Does Husky 120 Pro Installation Require Routing❓
Yes!
Routing is required to create the channel in the bottom of the door to house the floor guide. All other components within Husky 120 Pro are surface mounted to allow for quick and easy installation.
Is the Maximum Door Capacity of 120kg Per System or Per Door❓
The 120kg weight rating is per door, not per system.
Each individual door panel can weight up to 120kg, making Husky 120 Pro suitable for large, heavy-duty applications-especially useful for solid core doors, larger wooden panels, or high commercial spaces.

Husky 120 Pro Dual Soft Close has been designed with a single damper to make installation as easy as possible. The damper attaches to the hanger and slides within the track. The soft close is triggered by two activators which are inserted into each end of the track.
Can Husky 120 Pro be Used to Create a Pocket Door❓
Yes!
Husky 120 Pro can be used to create a Pocket Door system; however you will need to build you own framework around the sliding door kit. Alternatively, you can purchase our Pocket Door Pro which comes complete with an aluminium frame and optional timber liner kit.
