P C Henderson Shortlisted in the Export Category at this Year's North East Business Awards!

oast success, celebrate achievement and highlight the fact that we have a great deal of successful and innovative business doing fantastic things right here in the North East of England. P C Henderson has been shortlisted alongside two other companies in the Export category with the winner being announced at a prestigious awards dinner, held at Ramside Hall Hotel on Thursday 8th March 2018.
The purpose of the Export category is to encourage and recognise companies that have generated substantial and sustained increases in export activity.
This is the second time that P C Henderson has been recognised for our contribution to the North East economy. Last year we were crowned SME Exporter of the Year at the North East Exporters’ Awards where we were judged on our exporting achievements and described as a ‘truly modern SME exporter’ by the judging panel.
Commenting on the good news, Trevor Cossins, Managing Director at P C Henderson said: “I am delighted to see the hard work of everybody at P C Henderson being recognised in this way. P C Henderson has been driving its expansion into new geographic markets with recent focus on USA, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and UAE. We currently export to over 70 countries worldwide through a network of specialist distributors working in its key market sectors. This includes building supply, trade, DIY and door companies as well as architectural specifiers, joiners, fabricators, contractors, builders and occasionally end users.
Our export strategy has seen our sliding and folding door hardware specified across the globe in hotels, restaurants, offices, casinos, shops, theme parks, homes, warehouses, as well as agricultural, industrial and educational buildings.
