At P C Henderson, we're proud to mark a major milestone in our journey. After more than 50 years in our Bowburn factory, we have officially relocated to a new state-of-the-art facility in Belmont, County Durham

Rigorous Product Testing

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Our on-site testing facility plays a crucial role in supporting our in-house Research & Development team. Every product is rigorously tested before launch, with systems undergoing up to 100,000 cycles-the equivalent of opening and closing a door five times a day for 55 years. This ensures our hardware meets the highest standards of durability and performance.

 

 

In House Design and Product Development 

Our in-house design team are continuously working to develop new products and refine existing systems to meet the evolving needs of the market. Using 3D printing technology, they can quickly produce prototypes, allowing them to evaluate designs, identify improvements, and bring ideas to life efficiently. By actively listening to customer feedback, we are able to continuously refine and develop products that meet the changing needs of our customers and industry.
