2025 has been an exciting year for P C Henderson, marked by significant strides in product development and innovation. We've redesigned systems, expanded our range with new additions, and showcased some incredible case studies.

New Sliding Door Handles & Locks

We kicked off the year with an exciting addition to the P C Henderson range - our new sliding door handles and locks, in partnership with our sister company Carlisle Brass. This collection offers a variety of shapes, styles, and finishes designed to perfectly complement our sliding door systems, giving customers a premium, luxurious touch to their homes.

 

 

Husky 120 Pro Installtion Video

In March, we launched our Husky 120 Pro installation video - a step-by-step animated guide showing how to install one of our most popular systems. This was P C Henderson's first-ever animated video, and it received fantastic feedback across our social media channels. Designed with DIY enthusiasts in mind, the video provides a clear, visual walkthrough, making installation easier than ever.

 

Securefold Pro Pivot Set & Brochure

Our second launch of the year introduced the new Securefold Pro Pivot Set to our flagship range. Redesigned to be more compact, the pivot set features a sleek cosmetic cover that attaches to the track, concealing the hardware for a clean finish. Installation is simple, and adjustments after fitting are effortless - just turn the Allen key to fine-tune the clearance between the jamb and pivot door. Alongside this launch, we released a new Securefold Pro brochure, showcasing key features, benefits, specification tables, technical drawings, the updated pivot set, and optional accessories.

 

 

Shutter Slide

In July we relaunched Shutter Slide - our innovative external sliding shutter system - with a fresh new design and improved functionality. The update introduced newly engineered components and the option of kit packs, making product specification easier than ever. Shutter Slide offers a range of benefits, from multiple configuration options to automated accessories, ensuring we have every need covered.

 

HuskyFold 30 Installtion Video

Our next addition to the installation video series was HuskyFold 30 - our versatile bifold door kit. This step-by-step video provides customers with a clear, visual walkthrough, offering peace of mind during installation. Like Husky 120 Pro, HuskyFold 30 is simple to fit, and now even easier thanks to our installation video. Available in multiple door configurations, the system allows doors to neatly stack to one or both sides of the opening. Commonly used as a room divider, it offers the flexibility of creating privacy or an open space whenever needed.

 

 

Husky 120 Pro Case Study

At P C Henderson, we love seeing our system in real-world projects and exploring the stories behind them, including why customers choose our solutions. Our first case study of the year featured our Husky 120 Pro system installed at a luxury hotel in London to create a stylish partition between the bedroom and bathroom, maximising floor space while maintaining privacy. Drench Showers, specialists in aluminium-framed partition doors, managed the project and turned to P C Henderson for the perfect hardware solution.

 

Soltaire 120 Case Study

Our second case study of the year came from a high-rise building in Amsterdam , where sliding panels were required for the building's exterior. Soltaire 120 proved to be the perfect solution, supporting doors up to 120kg - ideal for heavy-duty applications. A key requirement for this project was a bespoke RAL finish on the hardware to match the panels, ensuring a seamless and stylish finish. Beyond aesthetics, the panels delivered practical benefits too, allowing easy access and improving cleaning efficiency.

 

 

 

Screwfix Live 

More recently, we exhibited at Screwfix Live, where our Marketing Lead Kate Donkin, and Business Development Manager, Nigel Walsh, showcased our popular Pocket Door Kit. Reflecting on the vent, Nigel commented: "It was great to be part of Screwfix Live, engaging with the public and educating them on Pocket Door and the benefits of the system."
