Roomflex 40 offers an internal folding door hardware solution for wooden doors weighing up to 40kg each. 

Various Door Configurations

To cater for opening sizes of up to 5m wide, Roomflex 40 is available in a number of door configuration options to allow doors to fold to one or both sides of the opening. To make specification as easy as possible, each door configuration is available in kit pack format which includes all hardware required for the installation. For flexibility of installation, the track must be purchased in addition to the hardware kit. 

Concealed Appearance & Professional Finish

Roomflex 40 has been designed so that the doors are installed offset to the track. The doors fold against an overhead timber header which conceals the hardware, offering a minimalist and professional finish. This also limits/reduces the passage of light and noise through the opening when the doors are closed.

High Quality Components

Roomflex 40 includes high-quality components made from stainless steel to ensure product longevity. Each kit comes complete with satin flush bolts to lock the doors securely into place when closed, as well as a hinge handle set for easy closing of the doors.

No Guide Channel Required

Roomflex 40 has been designed without the need for a guide channel, allowing for a seamless walkway between rooms.

I have a 2.5m opening - which configuration is best to use?

This entirely depends on how many doors you wish to have in your opening. The more doors required – the more expensive the installation will be. 

How do I work out my opening width size? 

On top of the width of the doors, you also require a 6mm clearance between the jamb and the door on both sides of the opening, as well as 3mm clearance between each of the doors. Therefore, for a 2+1 you would require a clearance of 18mm as well as your door widths. 

What is the most popular door configuration? 

Our 2+1 configuration is the most popular option amongst homeowners. This allows for an opening size of up to 2.5m and also incorporates a swing door to allow for easy access between rooms.
