Meet - Jason the expert behind our CNC operations here at P C Henderson.

Jason joined the team in 2011 and leads our CNC team, where he oversees the programming and precision and manufacturing of our renowned product range of sliding and folding door hardware products. His team play a vital role in making sure that production flows as efficiently as possible minimising lead times and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Each day, Jason coordinates our fast - paced CNC machine shop. From scheduling multiple jobs across various machines to getting hands on with product machining, he plays a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Jason also plays a key role in our new product development, working closely with our Research & Development team to create prototypes for product testing, as well as programming drawings for new components into our CNC machines ready to manufacture. 

When we asked Jason what he enjoys most about his job role, he commented "I love the challenge - whether it's manufacturing an entirely new product or finding a more efficient way to produce something we already make. There's always something new to solve, and that keeps things exciting."

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time on his allotment, where he grows a variety of fresh produce including pea pods, cabbages, and potatoes. A keen traveller, Jason loves exploring new places and cultures. Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand are next on his bucket list, and he hopes to tick them off in the coming years. 

An interesting fact about Jason is before he joined P C Henderson he worked as a tattoo artist and piercer.
