Meet Karin Dawkin, UK Customer Service Advisor at P C Henderson

At P C Henderson, our customer service team plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the support, advice, and guidance they need— from product specification and quotations to placing orders and aftersales care. Today, we’re delighted to introduce you to Karin - one of the friendly voices and valued members of our UK customer care team.

Karin began her journey with P C Henderson 7 years ago as an office temp, however was quickly offered a permanent position as Customer Service Advisor for the UK. Before this, she gained valuable customer service experience in a call centre in Cyprus.

Karin is responsible for processing orders, following up on customer deliveries and responding to customer enquiries by both phone and email. With her great product knowledge, Karin often gives customers specification advice on which system best suits their application, as well as technical assistance to guide our customers through installation.

When we asked Karin what she enjoys the most about her job she commented, “No two days are the same. I enjoy building a relationship with our customers, so they feel valued and happy to contact us for any advice they need.” 

Outside of work, Karin enjoys an active lifestyle. She plays golf, sings in a local community choir, and loves exploring the beautiful landscapes of the North East. On top of that, she also speaks fluent German.
