Meet Richard Reece-our Product Manager driving innovation at P C Henderson.
Richard started his journey at P C Henderson in 2018 as a Technical Sales Engineer before being promoted to Product Manager in 2024.
Richard's role as Product Manager is incredibly diverse. His day-to-day responsibilities includes supporting customers with quotations for complex and bespoke projects. He also dedicates significant time to researching both market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new product development or improvements to existing systems-allowing us to maintain our leading position in the market. In addition, Richard works closely with our Research & Development team, helping to guide the development process and ensure our products continue to meet the highest standards of innovation and performance.
When asked what he enjoys most about his job role, Richard commented, "No two days are ever the same-whether this be out on the road visiting customers for product training or working with our R&D team for upcoming product development, every day is different but that is what I love about my role."

Before joining P C Henderson, Richard began his career as a Commercial Apprentice for a lighting manufacturer, where he gained valuable experience across all areas of the business. During this time, he naturally gravitated toward technical support and bid management-a role that is both product and customer-focused.
Since joining P C Henderson in 2018, Richard has worked closely with our product range and gained extensive hands-on experience installing our systems for both exhibitions and showroom displays. This practical knowledge continues to play a big part in his work today as Product Manager.
Commenting on his goals for the future, Richard said "I am currently completing my level 7 Senior Leadership Executive Apprenticeship to help develop my knowledge of the overall running of a business. This will help increase my skillset for organisational strategy and leadership."
Outside of work Richard is a keen traveller and has been lucky enough to travel to Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, America and Peru. He is also a big foodie and loves to try local cuisines whilst travelling.
