Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated hardware solution certified to FD30 standard for doors weighing up to 120kg.

  • Fully tested to BS EN 1634-1, achieving E30 certification for up to 30 minutes of fire protection.
  • For use with our certified self-close kit which comes complete with dual soft close. Please see fire test report and classification certificate for more information.
  • A solid core FD30 timber-based door should be fitted with this system.
  • Accommodates doors up to 2315mm high and 930mm wide.

Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated

Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated offers a sliding door solution tested to BS EN 1634-1 standards, achieving E30 certification for up to 30 minutes of fire protection. Suitable for single doors weighing up to 120kg, Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated is available with a choice of two finished wall thicknesses (after double boarding) - 145mm and 150mm.

To meet the certification, this system must be fitted with an FD30 timber-based fire door and should be double boarded with fire rated plaster board. The system must also be installed in two parts to combine the pocket door hardware kit and fire rated timber liner kit.

  • To be installed with our certified self-closing kit which comes complete with dual soft close to prevent slamming. Please contact your building inspector to determine whether you require a self-close. See our fire test report and classification certificate for more information.
  • Choose between our range of certified flush pulls to add the perfect finishing touch to your system.
  • Available in kit pack to cater for standard door sizes up to 2315mm x 930mm. The kit can also be cut down to size to cater for non-standard door sizes. Please see our fitting instructions for more details.
  • Featuring the same high-quality components as our Pocket Door Pro, Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated also comes complete with a high-quality aluminium cavity frame for easy installation, as well as a track extension piece for easy door removal.

Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated has been tested to BS EN 1634-1 standards to achieve 30 minutes of fire protection. The system should be installed with an FD30 timber-based fire door.

Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated has been designed with the installer in mind for ease of installation. The high-quality aluminium frame comes with a push together parts and the kit also includes a track extension piece which allows removal of the door post installation.

Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated is available in kit pack format which caters for doors up to 2315 high and 930mm wide. For non-standard door sizes, the kit can be cut down to size-please see fitting instructions for further details. Each kit combines the pocket door hardware kit and timber liner kit.

Yes, please purchase 2 x PDKPRO/FIRE kits which can be installed side by side to create a double pocket door. To achieve FD30 fire rating you will also need to purchase our bi-parting fire rated liner kit. I have attached the product pages below.

Hi,
Would you be able to provide a single fire rated FD30 pocket door system for a low ceiling height of 2m? Also would that be smoke protected? If not can this be modified to be smoked sealed to meet fire regs? I'm planning on doing a loft conversion. Thanks.

Unfortunately, the minimum door height for our Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated is 1981mm which would give an opening height of 2051mm.
