Tested to FD30 Standards
Fully tested to BS EN 1634-1, achieving E30 certification for up to 30 minutes of fire protection.
Designed for Heavyweight Doors
Designed to support doors up to 120kg with a maximum door size of 2315 x 930mm. A solid core FD30 timber based door should be fitted with this system.
Certified with Soft Close & Self Close
For use with our certified self-close kit which comes complete with dual soft close. Please see fire test report and classification certificate for more information. Please contact your building inspector to determine whether you require a self-close.

Anodised Aluminium Track
A high-quality aluminium track paired with durable nylon rollers delivers exceptionally smooth and quiet door operation. For easy access to the track and door after installation, we recommend creating a removable track insert section and connecting it to the main track using our track extension piece.
Aluminium Uprights
High quality aluminium cavity frame for enhanced longevity. The frame noggin securely clips to the uprights for easy and rapid installation.
Certified Self Close
Features a certified self-close mechanism designed to automatically return the door to the closed position, helping maintain fire compartmentation and compliance requirements.
Timber Liner Kit
Supplied with a purpose-designed timber liner kit incorporating intumescent seals that expand when exposed to heat, helping to restrict the spread of fire and smoke.

FAQ's
Can the kit be cut down to suit non standard door sizes?
Whilst we have created kit packs inline with the most common door sizes, our kits can also be cut to suit non standard doors. Please see our fitting instructions for more information.
Can this kit be used for double pocket door applications?
No - our Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated has only be certified for use with single doors.
What finished wall thickness does this product cater for?
For fire installations, the system should be double boarded with fire rated board on both sides. For exampe:
95mm cavity + (12.5mm x 4) = 145mm finished wall thickness
100mm cavity + (12.5mm x 4) = 150mm finished wall thickness
Do I require a self close?
To determine if you require a self close, please contact your building inspector.
