A solid core FD30 timber based door should be fitted with this system
Caters for doors up to 2315mm high and 930mm wide

Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated

Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated offers a sliding door solution for single or bi-parting doors weighing up to 120kg each which works with a cavity wall.

The system has been tested to BS 476:Part 22:1987 and BS EN 1634-1:2014 + A1:2018 as part of a 30 minute fire door assembly. A solid core FD30 timber based fire door should be fitted with this system. Our 144 flush pull has been tested as part of the fire door assembly for both single and bi-parting doors and is certified for use with the system. For single door applications, our 385 flush pull set is certified for use as part of the fire door set. Please see our fire test certificate and field of application report for more information.

The system is available in kit pack format which caters for doors up to 2315mm high and 930mm wide. The kit can be cut down to suit other door sizes - please see our fitting instructions for more information. For bi-parting door applications, two Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated kits should be purchased.

Please note: A Fire Rated Liner Kit should be purchased in addition to the Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated kit to acheive FD30 standards.

Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated has been tested as a 30 minute fire door assembly to BS 476:Part 22:1987 and BS EN 1634:-1:2014 + A1:2018. Suitable for both single and bi-parting door applications, the system should be installed with a solid core FD30 timber based fire door.

Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated has been designed to allow quick and easy installation. The high quality aluminium frame coems with push together parts and the track comes with an extension piece which allows access to the hardware after installation.

Pocket Door Pro Fire Rated is available in kit pack format to cater for doors up to 2315mm high and 930mm wide. The kit can be cut to size to suit other door sizes - please see fitting instructions for further details.

For bi-parting door applications, two kits should be purchased.
