Pocket Door Pro

Pocket Door Pro offers a professional hardware solution that allows doors to effortlessly slide into a cavity wall. Catering for doors weighing up to 120kg, Pocket Door Pro is available in 7 kit options to cater for standard door sizes up to 2315mm x 930mm.  Designed with the installer in mind, Pocket Door Pro offers easy installation and high quality components as a priority. 

  • Featuring a high quality aluminium frame with push together parts, Pocket Door Pro offers a pocket door kit which is perfect for both DIY projects and professional installations.
  • Pocket Door Pro has been tested to BS EN 1527 to achieve in excess of 100,000 cycles - the equivalent to opening and closing a door 5 times a day for 55 years! 
  • For non standard door sizes, the kit can be cut to size (please see our fitting instructions for more information).
  • For bi-parting door applications, two pocket door kits should be purchased.

    Universal Wall Thickness

    Designed with a universal floor bracket, Pocket Door Pro caters for 115mm, 120mm or 125mm finished wall thicknesses.

Accessories

    Our optional dual soft close gently brings the door into the open AND closed position - preventing slamming.

    For a professional finish, our timber liner kit has been designed to fit perfectly with the Pocket Door Pro aluminium frame - saving precious time during installation and creates a professional finish around the opening by concealing the hardware.

    For bi-parting pocket doors, our Simultaneous Action kit allows for the easy opening and closing of both doors. Move one and the other will open or close simultaneously.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can my Pocket Door Pro kit be cut to suit my door size?

    Yes. Whilst our Pocket Door Pro kits have been designed to suit standard doors sizes, the kit can be cut down to suit non standard door sizes. Please see our fitting instructions for more details.

  • Can the door be removed after installed?

    To enable access to the door and hardware after installation, we recommend cutting the track to create an 'extension piece' during installation. Full details can be found in fitting instructions.

  • Can both the Simultaneous Action kit and Soft Close accessories be used on bi-parting pocket doors?

    Unfortunately, our Simultaneous Action kit cannot be used in conjunction with our Soft Close kit.

  • Does your Pocket Door Pro cater for double door applications?

    Yes - for double pocket doors, please purchase 2 x Pocket Door Pro kits. A double door jamb kit is also available to prevent a joint in the timber header.

  • My door is bigger than 2315mm x 930mm - what do you recommend?

    Our Pocket Door Pro kit only caters for doors up to 2315mm high and 930mm wide. For larger doors, we recommend purchasing our Husky 120 Pro and building your own stud/framework.

  • What is the difference between your Pocket Door and Pocket Door Pro?

    Our Pocket Door kit caters for doors with a maximum weight capacity of 60kg and has been designed with timber uprights. No liner kit is available for this product. 
    Alternatively, our Pocket Door Pro kit is available for doors weighing up to 120kg and has ben designed with high quality aluminium uprights. A timber liner kit is available as an optional accessory which fits to the frame to offer a professional finish.

Hello. I am an architect and I would like to ask you what is the best sliding pocket door to use in a very high level domestic project. Also if it is possible to install wall lights in the wall where the pocket it - with extra batons. Thanks you

Good morning,

For the application described, I would recommend our Pocket Door Pro kit. It is possible to fix a wall light to the outside of the cavity, however you must ensure that the baton and any wiring does not affect the movement of the door within the pocket.

Hi. Is it essential to have the floor guide placed mid opening on an 840 wide single door ? It seems it will be a bit of a tripping hazard and also look unsightly. Thanks

Once the installation is complete the floor guide should run within the channel at the bottom of the door and should not be visible at any time.
