What personal data do we collect?

We collect and store:

Contact and delivery details as well as payment information in order to process and deliver any purchases from the website.

Your name, company name, email address and telephone number when you make an enquiry with us via the website.

Your email address when you sign up to receive our newsletter.

Your name, company name, position, telephone number and email address when you submit a request for information about training which can be provided by us.

Your name, company name, postal address, telephone number and email address when you request a copy of our product brochure.

When you create a customer account, we will collect your name and email address. These details will then be used to process and deliver any orders made via the website.

Your name, address, post code, email address, telephone number and any supporting documents you provide if you request the support of the Customer Support team.
