Hi, I have a 2100mm wide area which comprises a door opening into an en-suite next to a built in wardrobe. Currently this area is covered with 3 sliding doors providing access to the en-suite and the wardrobe. I want to replace this with 3 standard oak doors using your top sliding solution. Am I correct I should use this floor channel with your 3 door top hanging system? Would this provide a better solution than just using the floor guides? Can you confirm how high the channel is? from the diagram I have assumed it is 10mm. Is it possible to use a combination of the floor guide channel across the wardrobe and the nylon guide across the doorway.? I hope this makes sense and I look forward to your response.

    Hello,

Yes you are correct the height of the 81x channel is 10mm. I assume you are looking at the "Double Top" range when you mention the 3 door system? If so then no, you do not have to use the channel a 3 door kit is supplied with floor guides and they can be used perfectly well, the 81x channel is an optional extra as some people prefer to have that as it does offer a little extra stability for the doors. With regards to using the guide channel for the wardrobe part and the floor guides for the doorway, that is totally up to you and as long as you have a smooth run for the doors then there is no reason why you could not do that. If you need anymore information then please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team and they will be happy to answer any further questions you may have.
