A PC Henderson retractable garage door spring set. The spring set comprises of three springs to suit a 7' 0" high P C Henderson retractable garage door manufactured after 1992.
The approximate size is 395mm long x 20mm diameter. As the spring set is supplied in a loose format, we recommend the replacement is carried out by an experienced garage door installer.

Doors manufactured before 1992 have a metal handle on the outside that has a key lock in the centre.

I have a door that has 3 springs either side.
The bottom retension bracket on one side has come off and I threw it away not knowing what it was until I went to open the door.
It screws to the bottom of the frame and the springs have a pag that locates in the bracket for tension.
Can't be sure of the date of manufacture, but the pre 1992 bracket don't look the same and the item was a chunky piece of galvanise metal.
Can you identify without a picture of the one side I still have?
