My name is Rob Overton and I work for McLean Quinlan architects. We are working on a project where we are looking at using your 3+1 doors. We want the bifolding doors to be able to be locked for the majority of the time, and the single hung door to be used most of the time.
Can the single door be used separately if the bifolding doors are locked in place?
Can the mounting be central to the panel?
Many thanks,

Answer:
Good afternoon,
Yes of course - the 3 folding doors can be locked in place with flush bolts meanwhile the single door can be used separately to gain easy access to the room.
Our Roomflex system is designed to be offset from the doors. For the hardware to be installed centrally, I would recommend using our Huskyfold 30.
Thanks,
