Roomflex 40 Bifold Door Kit
Roomflex 40 offers a high performing, professional bifold door kit perfectly suited to internal folding room dividers and partitions. The system has been designed to offer a professional finish whereby the doors fold against a timber frame. Featuring offset components, Roomflex 40 also offers reduced clearance of 10mm between the top of the door and bottom of the track. Roomflex 40 has also been designed without the requirement for a guide channel, allowing for a seamless walkway between rooms for easy accessibility.
Catering for wooden bifold doors weighing up to 40kg each, Roomflex 40 is available in kit pack format to cater for 8 door configuration options which includes doors folding to one or both sides of the opening, as well as the incorporation of a swing door for easy access between rooms. Each kit contains all components required for installation - including a hinge handle to easily bring the door to a close and flush bolts to securely hold the doors in the closed position. Please note: the track must be purchased in addition to the kit depending on your door configuration and door width.

The Benefits of Internal Bifold Doors
Bifold doors are the perfect way to introduce flexible living spaces within the home. When open, the doors stack neatly to one side, allowing for two rooms to be opened up as one - perfect for when socialising or entertaining. When closed, the doors create two intimate spaces which can be used for independent activities.
Increased Accessibility
When open, bifold doors stack to one or both sides of the opening - leaving a clear walkway free from obstruction for easy access between rooms.
Increased Natural Light
Suitable for bi-parting door applications, our simultaneous action kit allows for the easy movement of both doors. Simply open or close one door and the other will move simultaneously.
Large Opening Widths
Due to the large number of configurations available, as well as the minimal space required to house the doors when open, bifold doors are a great way to cater for large opening widths (something that is difficult to achieve with traditional swing doors).
Reduced Noise Pollution
Our new aluminium fascia - Snap Fit - is available in soffit fixed and face fixed variations to suit your applications. The fascia is extremely easy to install and simply clips onto the track.

What length of track do I need?
The track length required is the same measurement as your opening width - this depends on your door configuration and door width. Please see the Roomflex 40 datasheet for our opening width formular. The 280HP track can be cut to length.Is Roomflex 40 suitable for DIY projects?
The installation of Roomflex 40 requires a professional timber frame, fitting of offset components and routing of the doors. As such, we recommend this product for installers with a proficient skill level.
