Flat Bar Track
A robust flat back track designed to support smooth door movement while creating the classic barn door appearance. Available in matt black or stainless steel finishes.
Hangers
Beautifully crafted hangers that support the door while delivering Rustic's signature barn door aesthetic. Designed for wooden doors weighing up to 100kg.
Track Stops
Stops fitted to the track that control door travel and prevent over-running.
Floor Guide
A discreet guide that helps keep the door aligned and stable throughout its travel.
Track Wall Spacers
Wall spacers are included to position the track away from the wall, providing the necessary clearance between the door and any architraves or skirting.
Anti Jump Cam
Safety features that help prevent the door from being lifted away from the track during operation.
Flush Pulls
Oval flush pulls which are routed into the face of the door for easy operation of the doors.
Rustic Soft Stop
Single damper soft close which fits behind the track for a discreet appearance. For double soft close, two units must be purchased.
FAQ's
Can Rustic be used for double doors?
Yes. Rustic is suitable for bi-parting door applications. Additional fittings kits are available when an extra door is required.Can the Rustic 100 track be cut down?
Our Rustic 100 track can be cut to length, however there are a few things you must consider. When cutting the track, you must be mindful of the predrilled holes for the track wall spacers. Also, if cutting our matt black version the end of the track will be repainting.
Is the Rustic Soft Stop visible once installed?
No, the Rustic Soft Stop has been designed to fit behind the track, offering a discreet appearance once installed.
Why can only soft open be acheived for biparting door applications if the door run on a single track?
Our Rustic Soft Stop has been designed to fit with the wall spacers which sit behind the track. When using one track length for biparting door applications, there are not enough fixing points to enable 4 soft stops to be installed.What door size do I need?
We recommend a 40mm overlap between the door and the opening at both sides. Door widht = opening width + 80mm
