Hello I have two Henderson pocket doors on which I got from screwfix HENDERSON POCKET DOOR PDK4 1-DOOR HENDERSON POCKET DOOR PDK3 1-DOOR How can I get a soft close for these doors? Thank you

Hello,
I have purchased a Henderson pocket door mechanism from Screwfix.
I also bought the soft close mechanism for it from screwfix.
It turned out that the soft close mechanism keeps sliding off from the little hatch . I have done the research and I have found out, that people has very bad experience with it too!
I wonder, if I can get something that will do the job without having so much bother with it? I am sure Handerson is aware of their defective design.
Completely wasted money on that .

Question:

is there a you tube video to show how to fit the r80 soft close to double doors. the instructions suggest fitting to the two end most bolts at each end of the track but the door would be well past the soft close fittings if you did this.
