Product Description
Our Rustic Soft Stop is designed for use with the Rustic 100 & Rustic Top Mount sliding door systems. This sophisticated mechanism gently catches the door during the final 80mm of travel, smoothly guiding it into position to prevent slamming and reduce wear.
Rustic Soft Stop offers a discreet and concealed appearance - once installed it fixes behind the track out-of-sight. Therefore, although the soft stop is black it can still be used with the stainless-steel version and won’t affect the appearance.
Suitable for doors weighing up to 80kg, both soft close and open two Soft Close kits can be purchased. Built for durability, the Rustic Soft Stop has been rigorously tested to 100,000 cycles equivalent to five open/close operations per day for 55 days. Making it a long-lasting and reliable solution for any rustic-style interior.
Please Note: Due to the fixing locations within the track, bi-parting door applications on one length of 2m or 3m track can only acheive soft open. For double soft stop action (soft open AND close) for bi-parting doors, please purchase 2 x 2m or 3m kits.

Unfortunately we do not have an installation video for this. Could you please confirm if you are trying to achieve soft close, soft open or dual soft close/open.

I have purchased a Henderson pocket door mechanism from Screwfix.
I also bought the soft close mechanism for it from screwfix.
It turned out that the soft close mechanism keeps sliding off from the little hatch . I have done the research and I have found out, that people has very bad experience with it too!
I wonder, if I can get something that will do the job without having so much bother with it? I am sure Handerson is aware of their defective design.
Completely wasted money on that .
