Question:
Hello,
I have purchased a Henderson pocket door mechanism from Screwfix.
I also bought the soft close mechanism for it from screwfix.
It turned out that the soft close mechanism keeps sliding off from the little hatch . I have done the research and I have found out, that people has very bad experience with it too!
I wonder, if I can get something that will do the job without having so much bother with it? I am sure Handerson is aware of their defective design.
Completely wasted money on that .
Thank you for your advice in advance.

Answer:
Good morning,
Thank you for your enquiry. We are unsure what you mean by the component 'hatch'. Could you please send an image of your installation to sales@pchenderson.com so we can try to identify the component mentioned.
Thanks,
P C Henderson
