Question:

Does it matter what the depth of the door is for this product? I'm currently looking at 44mm or 54mm options would these work?
Question by: Kate Donkin on 22 Oct 2020, 01:00

Answer:

Good afternoon, The maximum recommended door depth for this product is 47mm, it hasn 't been tested to anything above this so we wouldn 't be able to recommend using it with a 54mm door. Any further questions - please get in touch. Thanks,   Kate Marketing Assistant

Question:

I am trying to span a 5.2m gap with a sliding door solution in a residential property - preferably all returning to a pocket on one side only. Is this possible? What is the limitation with regards to the recommended height and width of the door units? if they individually weigh less than the 120kg limit - could they be taller than 2700? or wider than 1200? (or both!) thank you.
Question by: Tony Binks on 19 Jan 2021, 00:00

Answer:

Good morning,It is possible to install our Soltaire Telescopic with a cavity wall, however we do not supply the cavity frame for this application.Unfortunately even if the door weight is lower than 120kg, the maximum width and height still apply. Many thanks,KateMarketing Executive
