P C Henderson Supports World Quality Week 2024

This year, P C Henderson are supporting World Quality Week.

Hosted by the Chartered Quality Institute, the global campaign aims to promote awareness and encourage best practices in quality management, with each year focusing on a difference theme. This year the focus is 'Quality: from Compliance to Performance' which highlights how embracing quality management principles can enhance performance throughout businesses.

At P C Henderson, we are certified to ISO 9001- an international standard that defines the requirements for a Quality Management System. This accreditation reinforces our dedication to producing high quality products using efficient processes, a highly trained team and use of the finest materials. As such, we have several processes in place to reduce costs, minimise waster and increase productivity.

• Use of calibrating equipment to ensure accuracy when measuring components against production drawings.
• Inspections and sample checks of goods and materials received
• Periodic internal audits to ensure the quality management system is effective and continuous improved to meet the businesses needs
• Overall a strong, positive culture towards quality is promoted throughout the business to support and engage employees at all times.
