Question:
I have a Birtley Durham 14ft * 7ft high single skin garage door year of manufacture 1994/1995. looking from the inside upward the right hand frame bracket which holds the tension spring at the bottom and the cantilever arm at the top linked to the door has a weld failure allowing the roller to turn. I have photos of the bracket but don't know how to upload them.

Good morning,
Unfortunately we cannot supply any spares for that type of door. We took over production of Birtley doors in 2000 and have no spare parts for doors that were made before this.
