The Bifold range of folding door hardware offers a stable, silent and smooth-opening folding system for cupboard and wardrobe doors that can complement any room. Designed for wooden, wood framed or composite doors, the Bifold system can support a maximum door weight of 14kg and door thickness of between 18-35mm. A range of kits are available up to cater for a maximum opening of 2134mm.

Smooth Operation
Catering for wooden, wood framed or composite folding doors, Bifold offers a stable, silent and smooth operating systems for folding cupboard and wardrobe doors weighing up to 14kg each.
Available for 2 or 4 Doors
A range of bifold door kits are available to cater for a maximum of 4 doors (2 doors folding to each side). A bifold door fittings kit is also available for applications which require additional doors. The system can cater for a maximum opening width of 2134mm, maximum door height of 2400mm and a door thickness range of between 18 and 35mm.

I'm thinking of buying this for a bi-fold door, with two doors. In your second picture, it shows that the door pivots outwards. Can this be configured so that the fold of the door doors pivots inwards rather than outwards?

Question:
The track length for the B15/4 is 1524mm for 2+2 but the max door width stated is 530mm I have 4 doors at that is way more than 1524mm? Does the track not need to fit the full width of opening? For 1524 track should the doors not need to be max 381mm?

Good morning,
Yes sorry the max door width for our B15/4 would be 375mm for 4 doors (2+2) which allows for the clearance between the doors. 7mm clearance is required between the jamb and the door on both sides, 4mm between the meeting doors and 3mm between the folding leaves.

Question:
When calculating the width measurement for a 4 leaf system I have ended up with required leaf widths of 346.5mm each. Cutting to 0.5mm is going to be difficult. Should I just cut 4 leaves of 346mm leaving a bigger gap at the centre, or would they still work if I paired the leaves up with 1x 346mm and 1x347mm at each side. Total width of gap (Y) is 1406mm. Your fitting instructions say this is suitable for doors 18mm thick, the product box states the minimum door thickness is 20mm. Will this system still work with 18mm thick doors?
