Good morning,Our Double Top system only caters for doors with a minimum door thickness of 16mm due to the fixings provided with the hangers. Using 10mm thick doors would also leave a large gap between the doors.If you are making the doors yourself, we recommend double boarding to increase the door thickness.Many thanks,KateMarketing Executive

Hello, You need a depth of 66mm for the track, the height is your door height plus 10mm clearance at the bottom and then between 44mm (min) and 52mm (max) at the top.
