Jerin James Joins the P C Henderson Team
P C Henderson are pleased to welcome Jerin James to the team as Business Development Manager for the Middle East and India.

Based in Dubai, Jerin joined the P C Henderson sales team in March 2024, with his role seeing him build on our existing brand presence, as well as driving sales development and growth of P C Henderson and associated ASSA ABLOY products throughout the Middle East, United Arab Emirates and India. His main role and responsibilities include the nurturing of existing customer relationships, supporting the P C Henderson distribution network and exploring new opportunities and business across his regions.
With over 10 years of experience within the sliding and folding door hardware industry, Jerin not only brings with him extensive product knowledge, but also has proven expertise in product marketing, business development, market intelligence and product life cycle management. Alongside this, Jerin holds a master’s degree in General Management, a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and achieved a certificate in Product Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management.
A typical day for Jerin involves connecting with customers, whether in person, via phone call or email, to discuss project requirements, assist with product specification and offer technical support. With such vast product and technical knowledge, Jerin prides himself on being able to find a solution for even the most complicated and ambitious of projects.
“I am very excited for my new role at P C Henderson. I am looking forward to liaising and engaging with our existing customers to understand their needs and requirements, as well as meeting new customers”, commented Jerin.
When not living and breathing sliding door hardware, Jerin spends his time with his young family. He also enjoys playing the guitar and competing on the badminton court.
