As with any long standing company, we wouldn’t be where we are today without our customers – it is for this reason that customer feedback plays a major role in the workings of P C Henderson .
In January of this year we issued our annual customer survey. The survey aims to collect feedback in all areas of the customer experience and give our much valued customers a chance to raise any issues or concerns which they would like to see improved upon. Some extremely valuable feedback was gained this year and we were also delighted to see that 90% of our customer rated our customer service as excellent or good along with further outstanding results in the area of response time, product range and product quality.
