Covid 19: Company Statement from P C Henderson

Dear Customer,

Please find a statement from P C Henderson regarding the current worldwide conditions relating to Covid 19 below.

CURRENT SERVICE STATUS: NO DISRUPTIONS

Our current service status is ‘business as usual’ with no disruptions to service. We are monitoring all government guidance on a daily basis and proactively putting measures in place to ensure this remains the case.

Our UK and International customer care teams are available to contact by phone or email from 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Website orders can be placed online 24/7 and we would encourage non-account UK customers to place their orders via this method where possible.

We are currently experiencing no issues with stock levels and our dedicated warehouse team are working to dispatch all orders as usual with no delay.

SAFETY MEASURES

The wellbeing of our employees and customers is paramount and we are continuing to follow the advice and guidance provided by HM Government:

  • All team members are provided with relevant and clear governmental and NHS advice on a daily basis
  • Extra onsite safety precautions have been put into place such as: offsite working where possible; staggered breaks; increased cleaning procedures; additional hand sanitizing stations and the implementation of social distancing
  • We are following all governmental guidelines regarding travel and internal/external meetings
  • Any team members experiencing any of the recognised symptoms associated with COVID-19 are instructed to not come into work
GOING FORWARD

We will continue to closely monitor any further changes and developments and will get in touch with any possible issues as and when they occur. We endeavor to support our distributors and customer base with as minimal disruption as possible, thank you for your continued support.
