New Expert Specification Tool

P C Henderson is pleased to announce the launch of our all new Expert Specification Tool. Our original Expert system, first launched in 2005, has proved to be extremely valuable over the years to both our internal sales team and our customers in assisting in the specification process of our products. So much so that in recent months we have been working hard behind the scenes on the development of our all new Expert Specification Tool – Expert 2.

What is Expert?

Expert is a specification tool which allows a user to input specific requirements and measurements of a sliding or folding door hardware application and in turn will provide the user with a list of suitable products. With such a vast product range for a multitude of applications, P C Henderson built the platform in order to help guide our customers as to which products will best suit their project.

What’s new?

The system has been rebuilt to comprise a number of improvements including:

• The ability to work on mobile devices where it can be saved as a shortcut and used as an app
• The interface has also been redesigned with improved graphics in order to help users understand the various types of sliding and folding systems available, particularly useful for those with multiple units
• User can now generate a bill of materials immediately without having to wait for a quotation to be sent through
• Users can also create a login to save project specifications to go back to at a later time/date.
