P C Henderson Launches SlideLite 50!

An ideal solution for both architects, specifiers and home improvement specialists, the system is suitable for wooden doors up to 50kg and is supplied with dual soft close as standard. The system comes in two kit variants as well as an additional door kit.

High quality, easy-to-install rollers and track provide a smooth-running system, making the system ideal for DIY projects. SlideLite 50 is available in either an 1800mm or a 2400mm track lengths. Trevor Cossins, Managing Director, P C Henderson explains the reasons for introducing the new product, “Assessing the changing global landscape, we decided that strategically the continual investment P C Henderson makes in the design and development of new products is key. Creating improved solutions keeps the business at the forefront of the industry and provides greater choice for our customers.”

The innovative track design, with preset dimensions, allows for a flush finish when installed. This, paired with the concealed Dual Soft Close units provides a minimalistic and discreet look when installed.

All products are rigorously tested, in excess of industry standards, to maintain their market leading position. Each component undergoes Finite Element Analysis, a process that applies virtual forces to the product, to guarantee the very best solution. Explaining why the time was right to launch this product, Sales and Commercial Director David Newton said, “During 2023, we reviewed our product range and with feedback from customers developed this product which can be used with doors up to 50kg – a much wider weight range than we had offered previously in a comparable sliding system. We want to bring to the market the very best kits and products with improved functionality at competitive prices.”
